Hi! I'm Paulina Reichenbach

I provide high-quality translation, interpretation, and language consulting services to help individuals and businesses communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. With over 12 years of experience, I understand that accuracy and cultural relevance are key to clear communication, no matter the project size.Whether you're looking to translate important documents, need real-time interpreting support, or want to fine-tune your content for an international audience, I’m here to help. Let’s work together to make your message resonate!

ABOUT me

I'm a skilled translator and interpreter working in the Spanish–English language pair. Born in the UK and raised in the US, I bring a unique perspective to my work, with a strong background in both UK and US English. After returning to London in 2013, I continued my studies both in the UK and abroad, including living in Valencia for a year to complete my second Master's degree.Prior to beginning my freelance career, I worked as a Project Manager at translate plus, where I managed numerous translation and interpreting projects. This position provided me with a solid foundation in project management, quality assurance, and stakeholder management. My comprehensive understanding of the daily operations of a leading translation agency has enabled me to provide translation project management on a freelance basis. As a freelance linguist, I work with a diverse and international clientele on a range of interesting and rewarding projects ranging from research papers and news items to marketing blurbs and websites (see below for my areas of specialisation). Whether translating or interpreting, I take pride in delivering work of the utmost quality — I must admit, I'm a bit of a perfectionist!I am particularly passionate about working with civil society organisations within the international development sector. I have extensive experience interpreting for everything from committee meetings to workshops to Human Rights Council delegations in the fields of sex workers' rights, drug policy reform, the HIV response, prison reform, disability justice, reproductive rights, and more. It's always lovely to work with subjects I have an interest in: as someone who loves to explore new places, tourism and travel texts are a favourite. In my spare time, when I'm not out dancing to salsa or bachata, I love unwinding with a good book in the company of my two cats.

Areas of Specialisation
